From the age of 16, Pascal always aspired to master all the culinary aspects of a restaurant business. After years of learning different crafts, Pascal is a master in Japanese sushi, Korean food, desserts and much more. Pascal strives to operate a successful restaurant through his unique Korean background of cooking, sushi and desserts.
